NIGHT VISION WARRANTY
All new units from Discreet Ventures LLC come with a Limited Manufacturer's Warranty.
Housings: All housings come with a manufacturer's warranty of 1 year from the unit's purchase date.
Intensifier Tubes: Elbit tubes have a 2 year manufacturers warranty from the unit's purchase date. L3 tubes have a 10 years from the unit's purchase date.
All Night Vision units will be shipped UPS Ground with adult signature required. Discreet Ventures LLC is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.
REFUND / ORDER CANCELATION POLICY
Refunds may be requested up to ONE WEEK after ordering, otherwise the sale is final. All order cancelations and refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 10% plus transaction fees. It is the customers responsibility to verify ALL product information and applications prior to placing an order.

All sales are final unless a return is approved by Discreet Ventures. All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% plus transaction fees. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you of your orders refund status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
